The theoretical portion of the training is four days, and most students complete the entire program within 3-4 weeks, but it can be done as little as two.
We do not have set training dates but rather work with our students to create a schedule that best meets their needs. Many of our students have businesses of their own, children or are currently working, and are unable to be away for an extended period.
The student-to-teacher ratio for working on live models is always one-to-one, so you are guaranteed plenty of hands-on learning to develop your artistry.
It is important that students investigate the rules regulating the practice of micropigmentation in the town and county in which they will be practicing.
Contact the Maine Academy of Micropigmentation if you have more questions about state licensing and how this program meets the requirements.
